 I will start the ZOOM connection 15min. before the class starts. Please  try your best to be in time and if you are new to us please introduce yourself. I would love to meet you and welcome you !

 Note: It is very easy to accidentally unmute yourself while in class after I, as the host, mute you all at once before class starts. Be aware if I mention it during our session, to check your mic and make sure you are MUTED during class.

​

BE SURE YOU ARE WELL HYDRATED ALWAYS before and after class. Remember: after the YOGA classes, I will offer an optional 10-13min guided either relaxation/meditation/nidra/meditation/philosophy talk for those that have the time and wish to stay a bit longer.

​

My overall teaching style is inspired by Vinyasa Flow , Yin Yoga , Hatha Fusion, Hot Yoga Traditional Series, Pranayama, Meditation, PiYo, Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Fitness, Mantra, Subtle Anatomy, Vin & Yin, Yoga Philosophy, Guided Relaxation, Chakra Opening, Nidra, Tabata Burn.
